The submissions will be reviewed and accepted by the MOACON Scientific Committee under the following Presentation categories:

The abstract should be under following headings (Not exceeding 200 words)

General Guidelines

Maximum of 5 abstracts per presenter can be submitted. Same abstract should not be submitted in two different categories.

All abstracts must be submitted in English.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Abstract Module Shared on Website

Conference Registration Is mandatory to Submit Abstracts.

All the eligible Abstracts will be reviewed by the Reviewer Panel.

After Review Presenter will receive Abstract Status Mail. (Approved / Rejected)

The final presentation in PPT/Keynote format should be submitted by email BEFORE The conference

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Format Requirements

Word Limit: 200 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)

Title Format: Sentence case, brief and self-explanatory

Blinded Review: No identifying features such as names of authors, collaborators, hospitals, medical colleges, clinics, or places should be included in the title or text.

Author Information: All author details and affiliations should be entered separately during online submission

File Upload: Upload Abstract Document in Word or Pdf Format Or Keynote Format on Abstract Module.

Additional Guidelines

Avoid abbreviations in the title

Refrain from including keywords, graphs, figures, tables, or references in the abstract

Use generic names of drugs or active pharmacological content, avoiding commercial names

Limit the use of abbreviations and acronyms

Abstracts will be reproduced as submitted; authors are responsible for language, factual accuracy, and avoiding plagiarism

Presentation Information

Selection of presentation format is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee

Each presenter can make a maximum of five presentations (including substitute presentations)

Presenters unable to attend may nominate a co-author as a substitute, provided they are registered for the conference.

Any industry name or product name to be avoided during the presentation.

Registration Requirement

Conference registration is mandatory for all abstract presenters.

Format Specifications

  • E-Poster must be prepared in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) format
  • Maximum Slides: 3–7 slides
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9

Design Guidelines

  • Use clear and readable fonts such as Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman
  • Minimum font size: 20 pt
  • Avoid excessive text
  • Emphasize figures, tables, and key points for better visual impact

Presentation Details

  • Presentation Time: 5 minutes
  • Followed by Q&A session by judges 2 Minutes

Certification

Participation certificates will be issued only to the presenter and co-authors who are registered for the conference.
